1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BuildIt Estimating, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Scope of Services

BuildIt Estimating provides construction estimating, quantity takeoffs, and bid preparation services based on the plans, blueprints, and specifications provided by the client. We act as independent consultants and are not general contractors or registered architects.

3. Accuracy of Estimates

While we strive for the highest degree of accuracy, our estimates are professional opinions of probable cost based on market data and the information provided by you. We do not guarantee that the final construction costs will exactly match our estimates due to market fluctuations, site conditions, and contractor variances.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing clear, complete, and up-to-date plans and specifications.
• Reviewing the final estimate carefully before submitting any formal bids.
• Notifying us immediately of any addendums or changes to the project scope.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid in full prior to the release of the final, unlocked estimate files, unless a prior credit arrangement has been established. Quotes provided for our services are valid for 15 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BuildIt Estimating, its directors, or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our estimates.
